Client Tender Process
Following a rigorous tender process Glenn were awarded a three year contract for cleaning services at NHBC Head Office in Milton Keynes in 2005. At every subsequent retender Glenn have retained the contract due to its excellent service record and competitive price offering that provides outstanding value for money.

Over the years the scope and nature of the client’s requirements has changed significantly. Growth and expansion has greatly increased the building size and capacity whilst modernization and innovation has led to new demands on the cleaning and associated services.
Glenn has taken these changes in its stride; developing its management team and training its on-site personnel to meet the increased size and complexity of the contract and demonstrating initiative and flexibility in meeting the ever changing and increasing needs of a successful and growing customer in a fast moving environment.
As befits an employer who sets the standards in their own industry, NHBC insists that its service providers adopt the highest industry standards. Glenn work to strict KPIs that are audited jointly with the client every fortnight using Glenn’s dedicated and bespoke auditing process and audit reports are instantly uploaded to both customer and Glenn’s on-site cleaning supervisor.

As a Living Wage employer, NHBC recognize Glenn’s accreditation to the Living Wage Foundation and shares the belief that the payment of the Living Wage to all staff, both directly and indirectly employed, benefits not only those employed but the employer as well. All employees on this contract are guaranteed to be paid at least the Living Wage.
