Working closely with the Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager and Sales department. The main purpose of your role is to support the operations and ensure consistent service delivery within their specified portfolio in ensuring our clients receive the outstanding customer service they expect.
This is a varied role responding to the needs of the business working across a portfolio of approximately 25 varied sites, therefore you must be willing to travel and an element of flexibility will be required to suit the needs of the business.
Full training will be given, however you must be a confident self-motivator who is professional with great communication skills and can work on their own initiative.
