Living Wage Week

We have just celebrated Living Wage Week along with over 3,600 accredited employers.

The Real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate that is voluntarily paid by UK businesses who believe their staff deserve a fair day’s pay for a hard day’s at work.

The Living Wage rates are independently calculated, based on the real cost of living in the UK and London. The 2017 increases have been largely driven by higher inflation feeding through to the basket of goods and services that underpin the rates, with rising private rents and transport costs also having an impact.

As a Living Wage Employer, we are proud to be making a difference to the lives of our workforce and acknowledge their hard work. Having a motivated, focussed workforce, helps internal morale and has a noticeable effect on the service the team provides.
