The Client’s brief was to create and maintain at all times a clean and inviting environment that attracts customers, improves their visit experience and enhances Wollaston BMW’s prestigious brand image.
How Glenn Helped
Having listened carefully to the needs and concerns of the Motor Retailer, Glenn’s management team quickly gained a full understanding of their special and specific requirements. In addition they identified and successfully tackled gaps in the service levels and implemented appropriate solutions to every situation.
The cleaning and related services are managed to an agreed Service Level and appropriate Key Performance Indicators are constantly monitored to continuously improve the quality of the cleaning standards and levels of service. This guarantees a consistent high level of service and customer satisfaction as well as providing real value for money.
On site staff are trained to the highest level, with particular focus on Health and Safety, environmental and security considerations. This contributes directly to reduced staff turnover, improved morale and greater staff engagement resulting in improved cleaning standards and customer service.
All Glenn staff have a professional, proactive and ‘can do’ attitude combined with a flexible approach to all client requirements. Weekend and Bank Holiday cover is the norm in a retail environment and full cover is expected and always provided for all planned and unplanned absences as standard.
